Drupal 8 Webform using computed twig to customize HTML confirmation message

I’m recreating several health assessment questionnaires from Drupal 7 Webform to Drupal 8 Webform. For each assessment, the content of the confirmation message is based on the answers submitted. I created a computed twig element that generates the confirmation message content. The only problem is that when the confirmation page is displayed, the HTML renders as text. The confirmation message is set to [webform_submission:values:at_risk:items:html] and at_risk is the computed twig element that includes HTML elements. The logic works fine, but the message renders the HTML as text.
