Webform SQL Help

I have the following three SQL statements and I need to make them into one value.

SELECT bsc.webform_submission_data.value FROM bsc.webform_submission_data WHERE bsc.webform_submission_data.name = 'name' and bsc.webform_submission_data.property = 'first' AND bsc.webform_submission_data.webform_id = 'change_of_name_or_address';

SELECT bsc.webform_submission_data.value FROM bsc.webform_submission_data WHERE bsc.webform_submission_data.name = 'name' and bsc.webform_submission_data.property = 'middle' AND bsc.webform_submission_data.webform_id = 'change_of_name_or_address';

SELECT bsc.webform_submission_data.value FROM bsc.webform_submission_data WHERE bsc.webform_submission_data.name = 'name' and bsc.webform_submission_data.property = 'last' AND bsc.webform_submission_data.webform_id = 'change_of_name_or_address';

One for each first, middle, and last name. What I need is a way to make one result set with first middle last.

Sorry if this is confusing I'm more use to the Drupal way of each form element being a new table vs one big table.
