Can my father transfer the property to my name so that I want to register it to my name to resell it.
Which value should be mention in the document while transferring, guideline value or market value?
I know the guideline value is much lesser than the market value, if I register with guideline value, will it have impact on the market value of my property as I want to resell after the registration?
