Installation 16.4 on windows 10 and now I only get commando prompt

Just try to install 16.4 on Windows 10 using a USB. At first windows did not want to start from the USB stick but after using windows start up system it worked. However I did not get a fancy installing meny (as I should) instead I get a rather simple one, like you using the commando prompt. Now when I try to start ubuntu it looks like Linux Slackware and I only got commando prompt. I never got the interface or anything. I try to install it again but it fails. What can I do to fix this? Should I try to install 17 and hope it works better or?
