NuGet Pack after Build and Test

I have a working TeamCity 2017.2 setup for building and testing my .net core 2.0 and angular app.

After the last step (07) I want to bundle all files created by the build into a NuGet Package (for Octopus Deploy). All references I found on the Internet do this within the build step. But I don't use MSBuild or MS Solution because it's .net core 2.0 and therefore I use .net CLI for the build.

What'S the correct way to package the already generated *.dll and other files into a NuGet Package?
