Instrumentation amplifier for current transformer

I am using a current transformer to make a power meter.

With a gain of 50, the amplifier should map the ±50mA:1Ohm=±50mV to ±5V, and with the diode, only the positive 5V will reach the ADC (since this is a mains waveform, I'm happy to lose the negative component, as it is a reasonably consistent sine wave). enter image description here I'm new to this. Does this circuit make sense, as a way of measuring the current in the secondary? Also, am I correct in assuming that Vref should be ground? IC Datasheet
