How can I customize a section or subsection in texinfo

I'd like to use texinfo to create an assembly language manual. In this, each instruction will be either a unnumbered section or subsection.

However I'd like the font in the instruction name to be bold and maybe even centered. Or even better something like https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/reference-manual/CPU12RM.pdf at around page 100.

How can I do this?
