Reverse engineer docker compose file

Not sure if this is even possible.

Recently by accident I have deleted my folder of multiple different systems that I have been working on (multiple different docker compose).

However, I do have all of the docker machines running still that were originally created by docker-compose up -d.

Is there a way of reverse engineering docker-compose.yml file when you do have all instances up and running?
