Improve Dr's User Experience with Patient Medical Info

Moderator, feel free to modify to fit guidelines.

I am assisting my Dad with his Doctor appointments. He's 70-something young and has a lot of health issues (not to be taken lightly)

Main concern is Doctors are pressed for time, briefly glance through medical charts, hence really don't understand the gravity of health issues.

Since my Dad's second language is English and had brain injury 20 years ago, he has difficult time expressing himself, so I am there to assist.

I'm more of a visual person, so I can draw and write better than verbally explain.

So far, the Doctors we visit are quite impressed with the visuals, and one said the visuals are "worth 5,000 words" and he even showed his medical students.

On the other hand, one or two Doctor thinks the visual is too distracting.

How do I improve the User Experience of these visuals for ALL DOCTORS?

Ultimate goal is to make patient feel better.

I hope I am asking in the correct forum
