So I have downloaded the most recent version of Magento 2 and added it to my CentOS 7 server.
At first it gave me white screen of death so I thought, permissions you pesky mofo - I ran:
$ sudo chown -R user:www-data .
after refreshing I now get
Page Isn't Redirecting Properly
I set up my vhost like this (to run through PHP-FPM on port 9000):
<VirtualHost *:80> ServerName unity.development DocumentRoot /var/www/unity/pub <Directory /var/www/unity> <Files *.css> Header set Content-type "text/css" </Files> <Files *.jpg> Header set Content-type "image/*" </Files> <Files *.png> Header set Content-type "image/*" </Files> <Files *.xml> Header set Content-type "text/xml" </Files> <Files *.pdf> Header set Content-type "application/pdf" </Files> # This is to forward all PHP to php-fpm. <FilesMatch \.php$> SetHandler "proxy:fcgi://127.0.0.1:9000" SetHandler application/x-httpd-php </FilesMatch> AllowOverride all Options Indexes FollowSymLinks </Directory> </VirtualHost>
I know this configuration is right for other PHP-FPM sites as I'm using the exact same conf file with
DocumentRoot chnaged per site.
my permissions are:
files - 644 directories - 755
what am I doing wrong? it doesn't make sense? Nothing else is changed
